Ron is an established and savvy marketer who really pushes the boundaries to push brands into new territory and really put them on the map. He isn't afraid to take risks and is effective at influencing stakeholders and getting their buy-in to his strategies. At Charlie's it was particularly important (and not easy) to do this with the sales team, but Ron managed to get them highly engaged and lead what I would call "momentum with speed". Ron has high energy, drive, a great sense of humour. These, and for me his empowering management style, made it a real pleasure to work with him.
