It was an unusual circumstance, for sure, but Ron made sure the problem was rectified, and made the process as quick and painless as possible. Recently I had a problem with my 2012 Jeep, and I was concerned because the warranty just expired, but once again Ron was there to make sure everything was made as good as new. Ron and his team are top notch.
