      As part of my bachelor education, I started a communication agency with 3 fellow students in my 2nd year. We then started working with this communication agency for a client for 10 weeks. Students divided the tasks of the communication agency among themselves: there is a manager, a designer and several employees. During this period, me and my 3 project mates gave advice to Stickergalerie, a small webshop that has only been around since the beginning of 2017. Our goal was to increase the conversion and the number of visitors in these few weeks. We did this by adjusting the webshop as a result of target group research. We also helped the client with its social media by compiling a handbook with tips & tricks for social media. At the end of the project, a clear result was already visible. The interaction on social media had increased, as had the sales on the webshop. In addition, I was voted best agency manager of that year. This learning experience will stay with me for a long time!
