I have worked alongside Rommel first in our young days in Eastern Communications and recently in NTT Global. I must say the collaborative atmosphere when he is around affects the team's morale. He has a special knack for improvement, not just in improving his skillset but in improving/automating the team's processes and tools which, in turn, tremendously influence operational efficiency. You give him a simple idea and watch him make it blossom into an effective productivity booster. He's certainly an asset to any organization.
