I know Romina since 2017. She is a hard-working and customer-oriented sales and team manager and an absolute expert in her industry. In this recommendation however, I would like to explain on a more generic level why I think Romina is a strong asset for any organization, which aims for market growth as well as revenue and profit increase. Romina is a very flexible and resilient person and certainly goes the extra mile for her goals and the goals of her employer. Personal interaction for the sake of sustainable business relations are of utmost importance for her. She is a perfect and authentic representative of companies, portfolios, products and services at trade fairs, and she really enjoys interacting with potential and existing clients at such forums. Her vita is very impressive: A strong educational background as well as a high level of intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and grow her own skill set, combined with good analytical and language skills and proven in a wider range of engagements and industries, have allowed her to start all over successfully in a new country.
