      Standing Strong offers a one-of-a-kind health and wellness program designed to support, connect and empower boys and girls aged 5-17 years. At Standing Strong, every child is accepted, encouraged and celebrated for their individuality and uniqueness by our specially trained team of instructors and mentors, including psychologists, counsellors, fitness instructors, yoga and meditation instructors and nutritionists. Our program are unique in that they offer an ongoing approach which provides information, as well as a community of support. This structure promotes long term benefits and is realistic in terms of the time it takes to develop new skills, mindsets and positive habits.
