      Being a babysitter has gained me the most skills in my experience. I have learned to manage my time by scheduling my own work, improve on my leadership skills since you have to be the one in charge, and mostly patience. I am an active listener so the child receives what they want. At times it is hard because the infants don't talk so this is when my patience comes in. After I babysit the child the parents give me feedback and say their child is talking more with me, or their child is much more active. Babysitting is the best job to have with my passion because each child is different and I always learn something from them. Show less
