Apart of that he was a key person in launching accounting shared service center in Gdansk with over 50 employees covering accounting services for entire EMEA region. Roman is a very result oriented person and he makes all teams work in the same manner. He set stretch targets to himself and his team, provide all the required resources, regularly track progress and follow up on issues if required.
