My mindset to push myself more and not be afraid to step out of my comfort zone came full circle when I joined Panoramic. The goal was pretty straightforward, evolve Europe’s hiring initiatives and push the recruitment further, and I realized I love it! From setting up the hiring strategy to having new people join our teams, building the recruitment culture, and everything in between - you name it.I was mostly focusing on my beloved colleagues - from hiring, through growth, culture, and happiness. I worked closely with individuals and teams to help them realize and develop their full potential, explore and improve team cooperation, and find ways for every person to grow personally and professionally. I worked at an early-stage startup in a fast-growing environment, and I learned to handle strategic tasks and the importance of rolling up my sleeves and being hands-on.I took care of people.
