Roman was the pioneer of bringing machine learning and artificial intelligence into Magnet Forensics' suite of products. Roman built and led the data science team who prototyped ideas, were able to identify those with the highest potential for further development, and ultimately built these solutions into the commercial product. What I valued most about Roman was that in addition to a deep knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence, he has well developed leadership skills and an ability to communicate complex technologies and ideas to anyone at any level of the organization. Roman couples a friendly and approachable manner with strong focus and an ability to deliver products.
