  As the Art Line Manager it is my job to coach, mentor, and guide the careers of our artists. Through frequent 1:1s and our mid-year and annual performance reviews I aim to help artists chart the career path of their dreams with fierce intentionality. In addition to the intimate 1 on 1 work I do with artists, I'm also responsible for resource and talent planning for the art team. In partnership with the Studio Art Line director and our People team, I work to identify talent opportunities for the art team and drive recruitment. Lastly, the Line Org is responsible for establishing and upholding the studio's values. Through events like our bi-annual Inspire Weeks, where we halt production for an entire week to hold speciality seminars and conduct game jams, we work to promote a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation at Ripple Effect. Making video games was a childhood dream for many of us, it should be fun and rewarding for all parties involved, and it is our job to ensure that remains true.

  - As the Capture Team Lead for Activision’s Marketing Creative division I managed a team of artists and oversaw the creation of still and video marketing assets for all ATVI published titles, most notably the CALL OF DUTY, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, and Crash Bandicoot franchises. - I managed the asset pipeline with our external agency partners (GNET) to establish a barometer of quality for our marketing assets and to ensure our brand guidelines were being met. - Lead Marketing Creative’s R&D efforts by collaborating with our worldwide studios to design new software tools to elevate our best-in-class virtual capture production.
