For this new challenge I worked for three month only ! It was to short but then I had to start my fulltime music studies. At La Cour des Augustins**** I master the software Fidelio Property Management System. From the reservation to the check out I took care of the customers and gived a four stars service. It was a smaller hotel than before (about 40 rooms) so I enjoyed a lot the diversity of my job. I was part of the team who open the new restaurant of the Hôtel Royal : "Le Duo, coté Bistro/cotéResto". I challenged my versatility by holding every position : Head waiter in a Parisian style brassery, Head waiter in a famous gastronomic restaurant (haward by a 16/20 at the Gault&Millau guide when I was in post), and head bartender at the cocktail and champagne bar "The Bogie's Bar". I had the feeling I shared my passion for the wine, the cocktail and the gastronomic food and that I passed on what I had learned to the guest. I refined the salesman inside me.During this experience I got to know quite a bit about the international customers from everywhere in the world (United Nations Geneva)
