At the Brussels Airport Company, I am playing an active role in different key projects:- Migration of the Airport’s Databases. This project aims to bring the Airport Data Services to the highest standards in the aviation sector. My mission is to carry out analysis of the current business values, functionalities and interdependencies of all applications using the databases. In the second instance, I need to work out a TO BE solution with a technical analyst and a developer. The complexity of my mission resides in the central role that those databases play in all airport’s operations. With the enormous number of stakeholders and the critical role of the operations it supports, the business can’t be disturbed by this strategic migration of the databases. In the meantime, the architecture of the database is completely redesigned to include cutting-edge technologies.- Creation of a Master Data List to monitor the content of the data exchanged through various APIs between the Brussels Airport Company and other parties (Airlines, handlers, Catering services, etc.). I have tracked, verified and organised those elements. I then proceeded to create a tool that can be used by both the technical and the operational employees.- Redefining of the various end-user’s applications in order to rethink their role and synergy and offer the best-in-class solution to our customers. I have been analyzing those applications for the migration and thus gaining as much an expertise as a broad view of those. I am thus appointed to actively help their redefinition.

I was part of the “Purchasing & Supply chain excellence” team at the company’s Head office. My mission was to conduct detailed market studies about different segments of the technical goods and services of strategic importance to Solvay. The goal was to provide global sales managers with a better knowledge of the market on which they operate. I was part of the “Purchasing & Supply chain excellence” team at the company’s Head office.
