Master 2 - System & Synthetic Biology internship. - Was part of the MEGA team with the aim to prove with a synthetic genetic construct that co-regulated genes in E.coli are not randomly spaced which would enable us to optimize heterologous expression of genes in E.coli to boost productivity and yield for high value compounds. - Was in charge of the implementation of a new cloning technique in the laboratory.
