Pilot the stock transfer waves taking into account the demand flows from customers and the replenishment from the various manufacturing sites to avoid rupture and secure a minimum safety stock all along the Stock transfer period. Organize the planning of transfer in order to reduce the number of inbounds in current 3PL DC and organise direct shipments to the new 3PL DC. Coordinate with the Hub Team the changes of flows in due time. Secure the proper administrative communication flows (incl. packing list, truck planning, COA, etc) between the current 3PL and the new 3PL / forwarding company to ensure a smooth move.
