It’s not very common to encounter such passionate software developers as Rolland. I had the pleasure of working with him for about a year on a complex payment gateway platform, collaborating on several projects. During this period I was particularly impressed by how quickly and effective he managed to understand and handle the technical problems that occurred. A full stack developer with no difference in the level of technical expertise on front end and back end. Rolland’s involvement, positive attitude in helping others and his willingness in always having something new to learn or improve existing knowledge, convinced me that he would fulfill the requirements for any software developer position in his area of expertise.
