  TendenZ is the supplier of Act! in the Netherlands. Act! is a leading CRM - system in the world. TendenZ makes sure that all of our new customers can use Act! to fit their needs. For our existing customers we deliver support/maintenance. I am one of the consultants at Tendenz and I determine what the needs are for new customers and try to translate that into the Act! program, so all the customers / relations are imported into the system and the customer can put in all the data they desire, create their templates / reports, connect their e-mail etc..I also periodicly visit my existing customers to see if Act! is working as they expected, to see what can be optimized and to inform them about new inovations that perhaps can be introduced.
