I resolved the financial challenge confidently as an agile finance executive and confronted the complex realities of COVID-19 by reinventing our company's business model to fit the changed market conditions. We reduced the cost structure to resolve the sudden financial challenge, and we negotiated terms and conditions with our bank to ensure financial strength for an extended period. I am responsible for the financial reporting, and I am currently implementing a new financial software program. 3. Ensuring long-term growth.Our recipe for success is simple: we have built sustainability into every detail of the company to ensure responsible food production.
