  Make appointments for clients, obtain all consultation forms from all appointments, distribute medications to all house managers for client use, speak with doctor offices to obtain prescriptions, lab results, send any new prescriptions to pharmacy, I administer injections as needed, I make sure physicians orders are updated along with making sure clients are up to date with vision, dental, podiatry etc... I also file, copy, fax along with all other office duties.
