Having worked with Roland for 2 years, I found him to be knowledgeable, and a proactive team player who is also willing to listen and learn from colleagues. I hired Roland into the Eezi business in the UK to head up the SIM distribution channel. He arrived from South Africa and he quickly set about the task of understanding both UK and European work culture whilst leaning on his experience gained in the Telecommunications and Banking space. He was eager to learn and made a point of looking to add value from day 1. Over the period we worked together he was instrumental in securing commercial agreements with several of our partners across the regions of Eastern Europe, UK and Ireland. A genuine team player he made an effort to add value to more than just his area of the business.       In addition to my role at Eezi I have decided to make it my purpose to actively help those around me in building a life of purpose and vision. I have always enjoyed the satisfaction that comes with driving towards a goal either as an indivdual or along with my team. I have found that this is something that keeps me motivated and in turn drives me to do more so in 2021 I decided to take on the task of qualifying as a Certified Coach with the ACCPH. Since then my clients have come from many different backgrounds and skillsets as well as 3 different continents. This has challenged me, but equally, gives me fuel to keep going! Coaching is primarily a forward focused process and often involves, the setting of and achieving of goals. This can be anything from reducing screentime and social media use, to strategizing and planning your career, everyone has different wants and needs. I have personally been down the road of discovery, I have done the work required to build a life of my own choosing and I actively share this with my clients. After more than 16 years of leading teams of people across cultures and countries, I found that my skills are well utilised in helping people find their passion and achieve their goals. When I look back on my career, I think of the people I helped achieve and not of my own personal achievements. Dunamis coaching exists to serve.
