      The CRM Group is existing of five operational companies. The group was founded at 1992 by Roland Maes, who’s the CEO for donkey’s years. Total Yearly turnover/EBITDA 2014 : 17/2 Mln Euro --- Estimated YT/EBITDA 2015 : 25/3 Mln Euro Working field : Western European Union. In Q4 2014, CRM raised its capital largely to nearly 4 Mln Euro, just for financing its international growth. This must allow us to almost double the CRM Staff to 100 employees within 2 years, all of them employed in Belgium. Why in Belgium and not in eastern European countries as the most IT companies do ? Because I really do believe we can do better, on a win-win base surely in Belgium ! Our most mature firm’s especially been developing software for the insurance market. With Insusoft, our key product, we are aiming more and more for custom solutions for the progressive brokers, whereby we’re expanding our solution for the whole Western European Market. Our other companies are also facilitating the broker customers in doing the necessary logistics and the online/offline communication, as well as in-depth concrete business projects. Besides these firms we are also active on the SME-market doing IT-projects, such as for the Pharmacy market. Our most recent company is called CrmConnect, a firm selling cars over Western Europe in a very special way. Our key advantage is combining the best of both worlds, ONLINE and OFFLINE, a very unique concept also because of its partnerships with our Insurance brokers, car dealers, and everyone who provides services for the future mobility. Last but not least I’d like to stay faithfull, more than ever, nevertheless all the profound negativism in the last decade, faithfull to my 20 years old adage ‘E pluribus Unum’ or ‘erfolgreich reformieren lohnt sich, nicht nur für das Unternehmen sondern auch für alle Mitarbeiter’.
