  Band op Spanning is an initiative against low tire pressure for cars. With the correct tire pressure, cars drive more fuel-efficient and safer. With this initiative we contribute to tackling environmental problems and to traffic safety. The Service Band op Spanning is a service in which we visit locations to check car tires for pressure and apply a correct pressure. We can help up to hundreds of people with their tire pressure a day. We also communicate to the drivers information about the measured pressure, the applied pressure, how much Co2-emission is evaded and how much fuel is saved in the upcoming months. Planning for the Service Band op Spanning(2019-2020) is making sure our service is performed to the satisfaction of our contractors. This includes deploying the right amount of service personnel to the right place at the right time and communicating the task details. It also includes keeping contact with our contractors for practical adjustments. Human resource(2019-2020) is managing our workforce. Hiring, training, mentoring service personnel including team-captains, and serving as an all-round supervisor. I account for personnel administration and time sheets. When I started in human resource in the summer of 2019, the shortage of service personnel was showing while the amount of contracted jobs was surging. With the help of my colleagues I was able to slink the shortage within a few months. I held many job interviews and hired over thirty people to double our workforce. In a few months there were complete teams working that were hired, trained and supervised by me and there were no more gaps in our planning. Team-captain for the includes performing contracted jobs complete from loading the van and driving to the location and performing the job, to driving back to our office and close the day. It involves supervising the service personnel, keeping in touch with our contractor, reporting to our office, and synchronizing all our data. Show less
