  During this time, I oversaw the pre-clinical & clinical research programs for the Nutraceutical Division of the company, including a 160 patient Phase II clinical trial, in hypoglycemic/hyperlipidemic patients. I also helped develop a personal care range (skin care) of products, branded as "Elixia" that utilized the company's proprietary penetration technology called TPM, derived from phosphorylated vitamin E. I also undertook packaging/labeling and product testing that supported the formulation work and marketing materials for the products, that were sold in Australia and overseas.
