  My role as a Creative Designer for cultural organisation ‘Chai Events’ involves ensuring that the clients’ needs and desires are met in terms of event design. Depending on the style of the event, success and efficiency within this field are achieved with careful consideration of décor, theme, setting and environment. This role requires thorough knowledge and understanding of different cultures and religious beliefs, with strong communication skills acting as a tool to build positive relationships between both clients and employees. No project is ever the same, with each one providing new and exciting challenges that require a creative flare. My role also involves creating handmade floral arrangements and centrepieces that are used for many visually astonishing Asian weddings, engagements and other types of events. My secondary role within this organisation involves the production of concept designs in the form of drawings, enabling the client and production team to envisage the event design prior to and during its implementation.
