This educational Association solicits funding for the bright but financially challenged African schooling boy and girl child,provides career guidance and resources for winning postgraduate scholarships,competetive research grants and pitch competitions through a mentor to mentees aproach. Our mentors come across all corners of Africa and are all on intention young africans who have had a proven track record of winning international scholarships,multnational research grants.We rely on a refined selection of mentors to ensure we have a practical quality of inspiration. Today,our mentors still work on voluntary basis as they are commited to growing with our biggest mission. We have a long term goal of ensuring an unlimited knoweldge sharing,sufficietnly funded african child education with acess to an international opportunity hub as well foster exchange programs via Africa to Africa and Africa to non-African collabrative research programs. With more than 5K of participants currently chancing on our WhatsApp groups, we constantly post scholarship opportunities to help individuals achieve their educational and career goals while allowing them learn from their peers success events through engaging discussions. Having its foundation and headquarters in Germany,TWB (Technology without borders) is an engineering student mentorship association that involves in research, design and implementation of environmentally friendly technologies. I was the 1st pioneer during my graduation class who welcomed a team of a Germany members to establish the first branch in Uganda,at @Ndejje university. The association involves students in activities that promote sustainable water,Agricultural and energy technologies whilst Identifying and soliciting funds from potential partners. I am now an alumni and thus an adviser enabling students in proposal writing and partnership identification along capacity building programs.I pledge to encourage the mother association in Germany to extend the facilitation to other universities for mutual student benefits and mentorships. Unique Achievement:For the first time in history,I prevented an erupted strike through nonviolent negotiations and both stakeholders came in agreement mainly due to developed student respect and trust coupled with administration's impression of my innovative suggestions. I involved in many renewable energy projects since the secondary school by then had a number of partnerships aiming at making it a role model school for mountainous and hardly reached communities.
