Rohit and I have worked together in the same company and in an affiliate relationship over more than 10 years. While working with him I found him to be very customer oriented and ambitious. He also had the courage to make difficult choices and did not get flustered in tough situations. He was always supportive and attentive when I was the customer as well. He has a great feel for what customer service should be. Together we have worked in supply chain activities related to new technologies, HD, Blu-ray, BD-Live, Ultraviolet, 3D Conversion, Digital Downloads, VOD and streaming services for iTunes, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and other major content providers worldwide.
