He might appear as a hard taskmaster on the surface, but is a great leader and brings out the best from his team. He has a very high EQ and shows great empathy in dealing with situations. He is a person who gives his all for the company and doesn't look at the clock while working. He will sit for 20 hours if need be and get the job done. You can count on him even when he is on a holiday to help out. He is an invaluable asset and any company will be extremely lucky to get an employee like him. Having worked in his team, i for one learnt and grew tremendously as a professional.

      Matrix Sea Foods is more of an aqua revolution than a company. Producing organic aquaculture supplements and giving the best technical support to their registered farmers is what we are known for. However, the best part comes with what we are doing to the industry. We established Matrix Acharya Nagarjuna University Advanced Aquaculture Research Centre (MAAARC) at guntur, where over 70 field technicians (who work for aqua companies supporting farmer activities) are certified post a 1 year PGDM course every year, since 2015. During 2017, MAAARC chose to protect farmers during the peak outbreak. Mobile Labs were launched visiting every nook village in Andhra Pradesh and performing weekly tests at the farm. Post COVID-19 in October, we chose to be a "One-Click Away" service for aquaculture farmers in Andhra Pradesh. We started "Royye Raju" (https://www.facebook.com/royyeraju) emergency helpline centre at MAAARC guntur, and became the first of its kind initiative in the country. Since October 15, 2020, we gained over "11500" followers on Facebook, 1000 on Telegram, and 4000 registered farmers. We also launched our Youtube channel recently and are aiming to spread our services to 100K aquaculture farmers across the country. My role as the Chief Strategy Officer involves: 1. Building Standard Operating Practices for Sales Operations 2. Idea, Concept and Chief Architect for Royye Raju 3. Head of Farmer Relations and Coordination Committee.
