Gopali Youth Welfare Society commonly abbreviated as GYWS is a government-registered NGO in West Bengal and aims to improve the living standards of people in Gopali village. Over the past few years, GYWS has opened several student-run branches across multiple Indian cities as part of its expansion program. I worked as the Center Coordinator of their Raipur branch 'LIGHT Raipur'. During my tenure as a Center Coordinator, I led a team of 16 people for more than a year under the supervision of the Center Incharge which reported directly to the Gopali Youth Welfare Society. During the tenure, I was responsible for the supervision of welfare initiatives "Quality Education" and "Career Counselling Program". I also coordinated the process of identifying and recruiting 20 potential new team members for the next term.

SME NIT Raipur is an elected student chapter under the Society Of Mining Metallurgy and Exploration(SME). During the session 2019-2020, I worked as a member of the drafting team under the supervision of the drafting head which prepared the guidelines and drafts for the social media posts, events, and other group activities. For the session 2020-2021 I was then promoted to the role of Head of Human resources where I worked for increasing inclusivity and team bonding.
