  Summer internship funded by Merial Animal Health (now part of Boehringer Ingelheim) assessing the effects of commercially available and in-development anthelmintic drugs on the free living nematode worm C. elegans using a new high throughput screening system to screen locomotor activity. Work also involved the adapting of this system to screen the parasitic nematode worm H. contortus.
