  Software Skills: PDS, PDMS, Auto Plant, HVAC, Micro Station, AutoCAD, Smart Plan Review, Navigator, Navisworks. Basic knowledge of Steam Pro, GT Pro. ENGINEERING SKILLS AND LEARNING: I have a good understanding of Heat Balance Diagram, basic engineering of Power Plant including the Pump selection, line sizing etc and Detailed engineering of Main Power Island and BOP including Fuel oil area, Demin. Water plant, Fire fighting area, Cooling tower and pump house, Ash Handling Plant, Coal Handling Plant etc. Desein Pvt. Ltd. has commenced 3D engineering using PDMS (AVEVA) and AutoPlant (Bentley) software for the first time. I joined as the Head of the department, been responsible for correct implementation of the software with all the disciplines and to develop a whole new team which will be able to do the Basic and Detailed engineering straight on the newly acquired tools on 3D, coordination with other discipline, Design reviews, preparing Isometrics piping drawings and all other extracted drawings with BOM and reports as an output. After successfully demonstrating and establishing the setup, the team has already executed the projects mentioned below on AutoPlant within this short span of time. A team of 10 Engineers/ Designers has already been trained and presently we are working on building the reference project on PDMS and a live project on AutoPlant. Also, I have been responsible to setup standards for Design Reviews, Drawing Reviews, Project progress evaluation. The future targets includes, Erection/ maintenance concept for the various buildings etc. The coming months targets include the complete basic engineering of Power Plant and detailed engineering on 3D including Heat Balance diagram and Main Power Island layout and design.
