Fraud investigations in the region for potential breaches of compliance rules and ensure proper controls to minimize the possibilities of misappropriation/misconduct. Provide support to regional office Asia and Member Associations in region Asia to review all compliances and recommend measures to mitigate the risk. Provide support in strengthening the internal control system in assigned country offices. Regional focal person for Compliance & Legal unit based in head quarter. Conduct compliance audit of assigned projects. Conduct capacity building workshops for team based in Country offices. Organize trainings and orientations program for new entrants in Internal Audit and finance functions across country offices. Provide technical support in recruitment process of Internal Auditor in country offices.
