  Leading teams and keeping them motivated under high pressure situations is my forte having captained teams through my 15 years long experience as a professional cricketer. Was the member of the training and development cell at Kiran More Cricket Academy & have led my state’s side at various levels for 5 years. Was part of the Ranji Trophy Champion side in 2001. Have conducted various training and coaching programs in leadership skills, team building and performance management. Also hold the experience of running my own manufacturing unit successfully for 10 years.I am a certified Extended DISC Psychometric Profile Analyst, Thomas Assessments Analyst & a Post Graduate in Financial Management.Love for adventure & nature has led me to numerous personal treks both easy and extreme as well as have led numerous leadership interventions in the Himalayas.
