      Worked in the technical team to deliver a 21st Century underground metallurgical coal mine. Spent the majority of my time using Deswik to design, schedule, optimise and plan the mine. Based on this, I made and presented plans to technical staff, board members and investors. I also used CAD for designing surface layout options for site or necessary technical drawings. Worked on the mine's financial model to be used to secure future investment in the project. This involved developing tools for scenario analysis varying OPEX, CAPEX and schedules. I also produced plans and presentations of the mine and it's infrastructure to satisfy legal conditions and liaise with local planning authorities. I was responsible for the set up, operation and maintenance of an array of seismometers. These were used to monitor the local area for seismic activity.
