  The Baths Middle Brighton is a restaurant and events venue located at the historic Brighton sea baths. In this role, I was responsible for two event spaces, all event and marketing processes, while managing a small team of up to three staff. The upstairs venue can be provisioned as an exclusive hired space for up to 120 seated guests or 200 cocktail guests or spilt into two further intimate dining spaces for 28 and 49 guests.
