Natalie Welcome
Having worked with Rohan Shastri during the 2019-2020 academic year in a mathematics classroom at Arizona State University, it is my pleasure to recommend him to any organization who can appreciate a dependable team member. Mr. Shastri served over two semesters as my Instructional Assistant, helping me support hundreds of students in College Algebra. He was a great help to my success with that course to the extent that I could not have served the students as well without his help. Although Mr. Shastri was assigned to only a selection of my students, he was always willing to assist any who called upon him during his office hours. He never missed class or office hours, never once. In addition to being to well-liked by our students and having a strong attendance record, I can also assure you that Mr. Shastri is prepared for the type of responsibility and accountability necessary in the 21st century marketplace. On one occasion, when I could not make it to class in good time, Rohan stepped in as the teacher for the day, handling the sudden responsibility with organized, effective decisions-making skills. The class ran seamlessly that day, such that there was no clean-up effort on my part for the next class period. I can share many instances when, while working with Rohan, he was asked to make last-minute decisions, work with a variety of student needs, and provide mathematics content instruction given very little preparational tools. If you are looking for someone to step in, fully prepared to sit in the driver’s seat of responsibility, Rohan Shastri is an excellent choice. I can attest to this, so contact me if you have further questions. N. Welcome Arizona State University nwelcom @asu.edu

I have known Rohan for 3 years. Rohan is a dedicated and hardworking person. He was known for his programming skills, especially Python scripting and so his name was recommended to me by his manager for an Android project which required coding in Ionic, JavaScript and Angular JS. He was quick in understanding the requirements and demonstrated a working POC in a week’s time. He was a critical asset for his team then.
