  ❖ Job Description ➢ Maintaining Accounts Receivables and follow up with customers for via phone emails. ➢ Purchase/Expenses bill booking & Payments. ➢ Prepare and Process vendor payment daily basis through Cheque, NEFT, RTGS & Online. ➢ Weekly MIS of Bills Payables/Receivables. ➢ Perform accounts reconciliation of vendor/customers statements. ➢ Respond timely and accurately to all vendor inquiries ➢ Bank Reconciliation daily basis. ➢ Assist with month-end closing. ➢ Preparing monthly TDS calculations, online correction of TDS queries & return filing ➢ TDS deduction and Issuing form 16 accordingly ➢ Assist in MVAT/CST monthly working and return filing ➢ Statutory payment working and co-ordination ➢ Assist in Finalization of accounts.
