This was then rolled out UK-wide. • Launched new packaging: Established that certain boxes proved to be expensive UK wide. Successfully and strategically planned the switch over in using a new cost effective and robust box packaging, resulted in a reduced wastage to zero %.• Launched new planning tool: Launched a new tool for all fulfilment centres around the UK with a view to effectively planning all resource elements.
