Handling complete recruitment process, from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting, interview coordination, setting salary expectation, follow-up till joining of candidates. Screening the profiles suitable for the Company's requirements based on the salary offered, experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled & scheduling interviews. Ensuring that basic credentials required in hiring a resource are met and also sending the profiles to the client in a stipulated time. Coordinating with the clients, collecting the feedback and update the candidates. Follow up with the candidates after joining as well. Responsible for raising Bills to clients for and also follow up for outstanding payments. Maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.

Payroll Management: -Check & control the process to generate Timesheet, Attendance Muster at for salary Processing. -Keeping a track for joining formalities, other documentation & assist in the recruitment of new staff. -Keep track of PF forms submitted by new joiner and terminated employees and get all formalities competed. -Monthly salary components updating on payroll system. -Monthly new joiners & left employee’s data updating in payroll system (compuOffice). -Update the attendance/leave records on the basis of exception reports received from all department and branches on monthly basis in the payroll system. -Generate wages sheet on excel for each month salary process. Employee Engagement & HR Operation:- -Effectively and efficiently resolve queries. -Responsible to prepare appointment letter for new employee and maintain their database. -Keeping a track on ID cards, Insurance cards for new employee & distribution to employees. -Responsible for sending the claim & reimbursement data to finance department on month basis of processing. -Keeping a track on joining procedure by getting the Bank forms filled for all the new joiners at Jaipur Office as well as at all the units as per Bank guidelines & Follow up with the bank and ensure timely opening of the accounts. -Update and maintain database of all account numbers before processing of the salary. -Responsible of exit formalities for resigned employees & under taking the Full & Final formalities. -Perform other duties as assigned time to time.
