. Resolved major discrepancies via the day to day reconciliation activity .. Sighting a specific scenario which originated from the A.P.Mahesh Bank DMT API doc,. where webhook / call back URL was implemented at our end . However for selected transactions , the webhook received a failed response , post which virtual wallet balance was auto reversed , but the actual balance was not reversed in the A.P. Mahesh bank account , which implied that the transaction was a success .. The reconciliation activity resolved the above issue & the webhook was removed from the system to prevent further discrepancies .. Sighting another detail ,where due to a conflict between the open financial technologies DMT API document & ICICI Bank P2A API document at the backend , virtual wallet & the linked bank account was not getting debited on a simultaneous basis . however the major aspect of the above scenario was that these transactions were not even getting captured in the portal nor in the system logs.. Same was resolved via the reconciliation activity in a closed loop model with the ICICI Banks concerned dept. Show less
