Overseeing the Backlot Theater as part of the world renowned Telluride Film Festival. Working with the production crew to insure the theater is fully and safely assembled and aesthetically fine-tuned. Training, scheduling and managing a combination of returning and new staff to comply with festival wide protocols as well as additional procedures specific to the venue. Directing audience and public crowd control for frequently sold-out shows. Insuring that internationally represented filmmakers are accommodated with maximum hospitality. Introducing Films and guests as needed. As the venue's lead projectionist working with the Tech Dept to insure the highest level of presentation for which the festival is acclaimed. Submitting objective data and subjective analysis to help determine TBA screenings for later part of the festival.
