I had the pleasure of working with Roger for two years on the Amazon Launchpad team. We worked closely on "Voice of the Brand" projects aimed at continuous program improvement on behalf of our brands. Roger was always easy to work with, a great cross-functional collaborator, and very driven to help our brands succeed. He has strong communication skills; not only with internal stakeholders, but also with our brands, especially through his copywriting.
