Rogerio is a great team player and leader, he is very knowledged in multimedia application and drivers for embedded systems. We have worked together in some projects, a few of them managed by him, and he performed this role greatly. The tasks management and the ongoing development was always clear to the whole team and he was always available to rediscuss steps to achieve the goals. He is surely a great project manager and it was really great to work with him!
