His sales and leadership skills were evident the day he walked through the door and over time my co-workers and I grew to truly appreciate his supportive management style. Roger has a tremendous understanding of various markets and the customers in them and he took the time to share his knowledge with each and every staff member. I will miss his mentorship. I will also miss his courage, the courage to support his staff, to have our backs, when times got tough. His courage and leadership was critical to developing the dedicated and loyal team he used to achieve success during his tenure as Vice President of Sales.
