I had the pleasure of managing Roger during his time as our Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Director. Roger is a driven and capable business person and manager with strong ethics. I worked closely with Roger for almost 4 years, most recently as his direct manager. Roger started as Labsphere's first employee in China. He grew our sales in China to over $2M per year. Roger also managed Asia-Pacific sales for Labsphere and grew the territory to over $4M per year. By the time of his departure we had created a fully functional Asia-Pacific organization based in Shanghai which includes sales, marketing, finance, quality, a factory producing products for worldwide sale, and an engineering team designing products for the Chinese and global markets.
