  Not many people in those days offered opportunity for a Senior in high School to progress in the industry. Too young for commercial license and a career in the tank truck industry, driving. I called a former football coach and asked if he would consider letting me be an independent contractor for him in the Houston Air Freight Deliver Business. He did. For the next five years , I learned this City and enjoyed a lucrative career. This taught me many things. What it means to provide for people who are counting on you.
