Roger is an inspirational and enthusiastic trainer and I think what really makes the difference is that you can tell he loves what he does. Roger doesn't just deliver training effectively; he is across new theories about learning and development and is often creating new activities to get the best of everyone. I've been through his Management Academy which was excellent and very relevant and I have always had positive feedback from my consultants who have been on his training. Roger also makes you accountable for your own learning which really ensures that you take your new skills and implement them across your desk/team/business. He will be sorely missed in the Asia-Pac Region!
