Roger brought the "service" to SDI's customer service department by hiring new people and revamping the department, at a time of significant growth for the company. In addition to running and managing a very busy CS Department, Roger was always there to help with various marketing initiatives as well including web site optimization, e-commerce, e-mail and promotional marketing.
