In 2011 I had the favor of working with Roger in a large project. At that time Roger had the responsibility of working with testing, mine was requirements. We worked in a kind of cross functional team with developers. I have never met such an energetic and customer orientated manager and tester as Roger. He helped us out with user recruitment, user testing, interviews, user test organization, functional and system testing. Roger is the only test manager I know that runs around in actual stores to talk to and observe real customers where they are. And with a never ending joy and engagement. Roger also helped me and other people in the project anytime with anything, with requirements or tests, interviews, administration, organization whatever. Nothing is too small or too big for him to take on. It's great with such a guy in a team. I hope I will have the chance to work with Roger again in a team, as a test manager or as a test organizer.

Thed Left the company 2007 and after that Dimitris and I run it until we sold it to Seavus in February 2015.
