  I currently manage the installations side of our company Medical piped gases ltd, our sister company HAC technical gas ltd also offers a full preventive maintenance package including 24hr call out for medical, laboratory & Industrial pipeline systems. I am also a fully qualified Authorised person (MGPS) ensuring safe working and patient care of medical gas systems. My daily responsibilities include:Estimating & designing projects for Medical, Laboratory & Industrial ensuring compliance to HTM02-01 & BCGA guidelines.Surveying projectsProviding CAD drawings, designing or producing as fitted drawings for gas pipeline systems.Contract management.Sourcing, negotiating & buying of materials and products relating to the project.Negotiating quotations & tendersAttending pre and post contract meetings.liaising with clients.Managing & training work force.Producing method statements and ensuring all health & safety aspects are adheared to.Compiling project and specification reports.Full commissioning of all systems.Promoting the company for future expansion & growth.
