To whom it may concern. Whilst working with Roger I always found him to be very professional and helpfully in everything he did, he also is a very enjoyable person to work with and gets alone with all other staff. Roger would always work towards making the customers experience one of best ensuring the customer was well look after. Roger would be a wonderful addition to any team.

I worked with Roger for almost two years during his time at Trek. Roger has a can-do attitude and goes to great lengths to help resolve issues for both internal and external customers, quickly and efficiently. Roger brings energy to a team environment and was always a pleasure to work with. Roger has fantastic knowledge in the bicycle industry and is a fast learner quickly taking to new systems and processes.

Primary role is responding to business customers and sales representatives calls. Further roles include assisting warranty, creating new accounts and processing credit returns. I am responsible for the B2B, B2C and Shimano technical training websites for New Zealand.
